FocusIn - Operational Excellence and Lean Leadership will be held in Lexington, Kentucky on October 21st &  22nd, 2020. Event accommodation and workshop sessions will be located in downtown Lexington, just 15 minutes away from Lexington Blue Grass Airport (LEX). The October event will take place during the Keeneland Fall Meet (*Subject to COVID-19). Plan to come to Lexington early or stay afterwards to enjoy some of the country’s finest thoroughbred horse racing!

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the conference hotel.

Attire during the event is business casual.

Why Kentucky

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK) opened in 1988 and is Toyota’s largest vehicle manufacturing plant in the world. We will utilize the network of 100+ suppliers located in Kentucky to coordinate best-practice site visits and benchmarking. Mike Hoseus was one of the first few hundred employees at the TMMK facility, and he will share his first-hand experience from 13 years spent working at the plant.
