Rather than remaining at the level of observation, each bootcamp takes a hands-on, gemba-based approach—enabling teams to work on real processes, solve actual problems, and build practical management systems that deliver immediate impact.
The facilitator, Ben Hoseus, is a Lean and operations specialist with wide-ranging global experience supporting organizations across manufacturing and services. He focuses on building frontline capability, strengthening management systems, and embedding sustainable improvement through practical, hands-on application of Lean principles. His work emphasizes developing people systems that drive performance—linking strategy to daily execution at the gemba.

Gemba Bootcamp
