FocusIn: Operational Excellence and Lean Leadership will be held in San Antonio, Texas in March 2020. The event will be held at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts in downtown San Antonio. Optional hotel accommodation is available at the nearby TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Antonio Downtown.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the conference venue. During the event, ground transportation to the Toyota Texas site visit is provided.
Attire during the event is business casual.

Why Texas
Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas (TMMTX) opened in 2006 in San Antonio, Texas. The TMMTX assembly lines currently produce the Tundra full-size pickup truck and the Tacoma mid-size pickup truck. We will utilize the network of suppliers located in and around San Antonio to arrange best-practice site visits. Mike Hoseus was one of the first few hundred employees at the Toyota Kentucky facility, and he will share his first-hand experience from 13 years spent working at a Toyota plant.
