What is the purpose?

FocusIn: Operational Excellence & Lean Leadership is designed to provide perspective and practical expertise in Lean leadership alongside other like-minded professionals. The event is hosted by Mike Hoseus, a former Toyota executive and co-author of Toyota Culture.

Those who have started on a Lean journey may be familiar with the frustration of “kaizen” events and isolated projects that fall short of a sustained, high-performance culture of leadership development and continuous improvement.

Through a blend of workshop sessions and site visits, we’ll observe the principles of a high-performance culture. The 4P model, taught by Mike Hoseus, will offer guidance on how Toyota structures their purpose, people, process, and problem-solving efforts. A main takeaway will be your tailored individual and organizational action plan on how to take your Lean journey to the next level of performance.
